The staff was really attentive. A human service that helped me a lot with my 2-month-old baby.

Very nice hotel with an incomparable location and view. A small downside is the staff who didn't seem ready for this start of the season, especially in the restaurant. (Very long wait) They are nevertheless very friendly and the setting is pleasant.

If the accommodation is rather satisfactory, our disappointment concerns the catering. Returning to this hotel that we had happily discovered under the previous management in 2018, during our last stay we were extremely disappointed with the catering; the fish plate as well as the desserts were not at the level of the amount charged, with a glass of wine 50 € per person! Positive points, aperitif + charcuterie / cheese board served on the terrace facing the lake and breakfast. We must recognize the exceptional setting.

We chose this hotel based on the reviews and were unfortunately bitterly disappointed. Despite our early arrival, we were able to check into our booked room on the top floor. It was spacious, with high ceilings and a couch. Unfortunately, there was no table for a laptop; we assumed it had been removed to make way for the unnecessary baby bed. There were power outlets and an internet connection on the wall, but unfortunately, there was nothing to put it on. Instead, there was a low coffee table and a mini-fridge. The room and bathroom/toilet were completely dusty, only superficially cleaned, and covered in cobwebs. Instead of the advertised shower, there was a whirlpool tub and handheld showerhead for a personalized, manual shower experience; the hairdryer was broken. The hotel restaurant, with its sophisticated cuisine (according to reviews), turned out to be a better-than-usual beach bar during our stay, with correspondingly loud music and an adapted menu, at inflated prices. Salads and burgers are not exactly the mainstay of a 4-star hotel menu. Regarding the quiet afterward, the following should be mentioned: after the restaurant terrace had quieted down, the partying and shouting continued on the lakeshore until 3 a.m., making sleep and relaxation impossible in an area advertised as quiet. Breakfast isn't served until 8:30 a.m., everything seemed to be counted out, and some of the tables were already set. Upon request, additional bread or coffee was provided. The eggs had already run out on the first day. This continued at dinner, too: the salad was missing ingredients and the main course from the very concise menu was unavailable. The hotel has its own parking lot, and the internet worked perfectly after a combination of different access points/passwords. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, but at times seemed slightly overwhelmed. The rooms with balconies are more or less an extension of the beach and the beach bar, with the corresponding noise. Only the prices were four-star level, otherwise unfortunately nothing. We cannot recommend the hotel (for those seeking peace and quiet); we suspect it was due to the wrong time of year to travel in summer.
Great hotel, shame the restaurant was shut and our booking had to be cancelled. Also difficult to locate staff to check in, and leave!

Very pleasant hotel, clean, room with a view of the lake, very spacious. Very good restaurant but a little short on vegetables. We had the Malo plate, excellent product quality but really short on accompaniments. For breakfast, quality products but the buffet is not easy to access to get the food, the space is small and in addition there were few of us. The principle needs to be reviewed, I think.
